Spike being scary and uncharacteristically silent outside Paragon Station

So named because he resembles a mix of a younger Spike Milligan and Charles Manson (only without the swastika on the forehead). His habits tend to include mumbling to himself, and holding conversations with random people as though they are good chums. Not half bad as tramps go.
