This chap haunts Paragon station in the city centre. He has a shock of yellowy white hair, balding from the forehead back, and a huge yellowy white beard. Often seen hanging around near the cafe in the station for some reason. He rarely speaks or does much special. Consensus among the trampspotters is that he is a bit of a dullard.
