Heroic Balkan ninja Kevin Kosovar returns from his last adventure to find a new menace in Sarajevo - an evil ninja known only as "The Mitten" and his cronies, who are out to raise the God of the Evil Ninjas, Wan-Ka. To this end they murder Kevin's closest friend, Lakov Oxygen, and terrorise Kevin with naked women who call round at his house tempting him with their supple flesh. He resists and faces "The Mitten" one on one with the help of Finnish Commodore 64 programmer Stavros Fasoulas, who helps in the final fight against Wan-Ka by controlling and augmenting Kevin's already superb ninja reflexes via a Commodore 64 - Stavros adds his not-inconsiderable talent at International Karate + to the mix. But what has the Hull Devil got to do with all of this mayhem and murder?
